Keenan Crans from Sedona Red Rock High School in Arizona, yes that's right! ARIZONA! Has made his decision, he will be playing for the College of Mount St. Joseph in the Fall. Keenan will be a fantastic addition to the Lions defensive backfield in the 2013 season!
 
 
Tyler Norton Running back from Fitzgerald High School in Michigan has committed to MSJ! Tyler is yet another fantastic addition to the Lions 2013 Recruiting Class!
 
 
More than 400 undergraduate and graduate students will receive their diplomas from the College of Mount St. Joseph during commencementceremonies Saturday, May 11, 2013 in the Jean Patrice Harrington, SC, Student Center. The Mount will hold two commencement ceremonies: the ceremony for adult and graduate students will be held at 10 a.m., and the ceremony for traditional students will be held at 2:30 p.m.

Craig D. Hockenberry ’95, principal of Oyler School in Price Hill, will address the traditional students during the afternoon ceremony which will be held at 2:30 p.m. in the Harrington Center. He will be awarded an honorary Doctor of Humane Letters degree for his dedication to the students of Oyler and the surrounding community. Hockenberry is a 1995 graduate of the Mount and holds a master’s in education administration from Xavier University.

 
 
This summer, the College of Mount St. Joseph will be hosting 4 football camps for a wide range of grades. We expect these camp positions to go fast, so sign up today!

Payment will not be due until the day of your selected camp during check-in. Check-in will be at Scheuler Field half and hour to an hour before the camp starts.

"Two players from Mount St. Joseph have been added to the roster for the pre-draft workouts for local players to be held tomorrow [April 16] at Paul Brown Stadium.

Joining a group of 31 previously announced players are TE Rob Blundred and HB James Clay. Blundred played locally in high school, at Oak Hills."

James Winchester, an athlete from Trotwood-Madison High School has committed to the College of Mount St. Joseph. James is the son of James and Crissy. At 5' 9” and 180 lbs, James will be playing a slot receiver role and a kick return role for the lions in the Fall. In his high school career he amassed 3 offensive touchdowns and 3 interceptions as well as 4 Kick Returns for a Touchdown. James is undecided for a major this Fall.
 
 
Koty Anderson of Waverly High School has committed to play at the College of Mount Saint Joseph. The 6’ 0" 270lb Center/ Defensive End is the son of Shelly and Greg Anderson. Koty was 1st Team All Southern Ohio Conference. Koty will be studying Education in the Fall at MSJ.
 
 
Tyler Kratzenberg, Defensive Back at Ironton High School has commited to play football at The College of Mount Saint Joseph. Tyler is the son of Jim and Kathy. At 6' 0” and 170 lb Kratzenberg is going to be a powerful force in the defensive backfield for the Lions. He was an All-Ohio award winner and accumulated over 700 All-purpose yards and 8 TD’s on offense and 4 interceptions and over 60 tackles on defense his senior year. Tyler plans to major in Sport Management and Minor in Coaching.

 
 
Chris Wilson, Runningback from Monroe High School has committed to the College of Mount St. Joseph. Chris is the son of Chris and Bobbi. At 5' 11” and 190 lbs Chris will be playing a slot receiver role for the lions in the Fall. In his high school career he amassed over 2000 all purpose yards including 4 Kick Returns for touchdowns. Chris plans to major in Nursing in the Fall.

 
 
Colten Williams of Piketon High School has committed to play at the College of Mount Saint Joseph. The 6’ 2" 200lb Wide Reciever is the son of Mike and Dee. Colten was voted to the All-Ohio Football Team his senior year. Colten amassed over 1500 yards receiving and 9 touchdowns as well as 14 sacks on defense. Colten is currently undecided for a major for the Fall.
